Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Real Bingo (the "Game"), operated by Genisys Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Purpose
Real Bingo is a social, free-to-play entertainment game. The Game does not provide real-money gambling, nor does it offer any opportunity to win cash or prizes of real-world value. All play and rewards are virtual.
2. Eligibility
You must be of the legal age required in your jurisdiction to access social-casino-style games. By using the Game you represent and warrant that you meet that age requirement.
3. License
Subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4. Virtual Currency & Items
The Game uses a virtual currency called Coins and may include virtual items. Coins may be earned through gameplay, watching advertisements, daily bonuses, or obtained via optional in-app purchases. Coins and virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or real-world goods.
5. In-App Purchases & Billing
If you purchase Coins or other items, purchases are processed by the platform (for example Google Play) and are subject to that platform's payment and refund policies. We do not store your payment card details. Refunds are governed by the platform's policy and applicable law.
6. Account, Security & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. Prohibited conduct includes cheating, using bots, exploiting bugs, impersonation, harassment, fraud, and attempting to trade or sell Coins or accounts.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. If your account is terminated, you may forfeit Coins and virtual items; such forfeiture will not entitle you to a refund unless required by law or platform policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and software related to the Game are owned by Genisys Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or make derivative works without our written permission.
9. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of Coins, or loss of business.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the Game or on our website with a revised "Effective date". Continued use constitutes acceptance.
