Virtual Currency Policy

Effective date: November 11, 2025

This Virtual Currency Policy explains how virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items function in the Game and forms part of the Terms & Conditions. It is intended to provide clear information to users and to comply with app store policies for social casino-style games.

1. What are Coins?

Coins are virtual, non-transferable units used only within Real Bingo to join games, unlock features, or purchase in-game items. Coins are not legal tender and do not represent real money.

2. How Can You Get Coins?
3. No Cash Value

Coins have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, sold, or cashed out for real-world currency, goods, or services. Any attempt to convert Coins for real value is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases of Coins are processed by the app store or payment provider (for example, Google Play). Such purchases are subject to the store's payment and refund policies. We do not control or process payment card details directly. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the store's refund policy.

5. Expiration, Modification & Account Actions

We may modify or discontinue Coins, virtual items, or related features at our discretion. Coins may expire after periods of inactivity and may be removed in the event of account termination. If your account is suspended or terminated for violations, you may forfeit Coins without entitlement to refund unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses
Note: Real Bingo is a social entertainment game. The Coin system is designed for in-game progression and fun only. Coins are not a form of gambling and do not provide any real-world value.
